Who wouldn’t feel grateful to have a loving mother? When we talk about a mother’s love, we just don’t talk about human mothers. In the animal kingdom, we would be able to see equally amazing and loving mothers. 

A great example would be this video of a gorilla that takes care of her infant, similar to how we, humans, take care of ours. Gorillas are amazing animals and are very similar to us. In fact, science backs this up. 

“The big picture is that we’re perhaps 98 percent identical in our sequences to gorillas. So that means most of our genes are very similar, or even identical to, the gorilla version of the same gene,” said Chris Tyler-Smith, a well-known geneticist at Wellcome Trust. That being said, it’s not only in the physical form that we’re similar. 

Gorilla mothers are also known to exhibit human-like traits when it comes to their children. Gorilla mothers have a strong bond with their babies. 

They take care of their children in their first few years, providing shelter, food, protection, and of course, love. In documentaries or photos, we usually see Gorilla mothers carrying their infant child on their backs or against their chests, bringing them everywhere they go. Two years ago, a video garnered 14M views because of its beautiful and heartfelt content. 

The video was uploaded by Reproduction Live TV at the Smithsonian National Zoo located in Washington, DC. It shows the video of Calaya, a western lowland gorilla. The short clip showed Calaya giving birth, unassisted, to her first offspring, a male. 

For all women that have already given birth, we all know how difficult it was, right? We see their parents struggle in keeping their little one out of trouble.

Her swollen feet were filled with a staph infection, and her gritty eyes were clogged with infectious goop. Given her condition, it was likely that she would have to be euthanized.

A woman named Audra Spurio arrived one day to adopt a canine companion for her 2-year-old daughter Gigi. The Pit Bull believed she was undetectable to the rest of humanity, but Gigi pointed at her and cried out: “Mommy, that one.“ 

Gigi pulled on Audra’s coat until she brought her to the pitiful Pit Bull, where Gigi was overwhelmed with compassion and petted her gently. 

Even after Audra showed other dogs to Gigi, the youngster returned 3 times to the sick Pittie and eventually pleaded, “Let the dog out, need help” The shelter team took her out of the kennel, cleaned her up, and let her play with Gigi in the yard. The pair instantly got along amazingly well as they played together for hours. The Pit Bull would always stick to Gigi, and Gigi would keep reminding Audra that the “ill dog” needed assistance. Audra sobbed for her mother to assist the pup as the Pit Bull continued to shake violently every time she was separated from Gigi. 

Audra gave in to Gigi’s heartfelt pleas and brought home Scarlett, a Pit Bull that she named after Scarlett O’Connor. The ill dog was finally able to go home once it arrived at the shelter! Within one week of having a home, Scarlett’s health began improving! She would spend every waking minute with Gigi and never leave her out of her sight. Scarlett recovered and blossomed into Gigi’s steadfast companion over time, as a result of Gigi’s devotion to save her.

The horrible treatment that the horse received was the reason why he became aggressive and did not trust anyone. But everything changed when he met an amazing man Max, who was also the one who changed his life. That man bought him even though he was aggressive. He also didn’t hesitate to bring that horse home. According to Janna Grapperhaus, her dad was the one who bought the horse. She also revealed that her mom was totally against the idea of keeping Major as it could be dangerous for her husband. 

“I’ll never forget the day my mom called me in a panic ‘Janna, you’ve got to convince your daddy to get rid of that horse, its gonna kill him’.” 

That’s also the reason why the horse was named Major as her mom considered her as a “Major Deal”. Although Major was not in a good state, Max did not give up on him. He dealt with his hostile behavior even it was unsafe for him. It was even a disaster when he brought him home. 

“When dad brought him home, he barreled through five strands of fence within minutes of arriving and he’d bite and strike at anyone within distance.” If this happened to other people, there’s a big chance that they would give up on Major but Max didn’t. Max did his best just to gain his trust. It was nice that Max was victorious with his mission and which was to make Major feel loved. His hard work helped Major a lot and even made him a sweet horse. 

After 2 years, Major completely trusted him and let him ride on him. “My dad never broke him…. he earned his heart. Every single day, for hours and hours dad worked to earn that abused horse’s trust.” The horse that was aggressive and violent also learned to kiss his human friend on the head. And he loved doing it. As Max regularly spent time with Major, it really improved the horse a lot. It’s probably because horses are “highly social animals”. 

Sadly, Max is no longer physically present in Major’s life as he passed away in October 2020. The person who never gave up on him is gone. And it’s too painful to imagine. 

Max’s family made sure that Major would be able to give him his last kiss. It was also the last chance for him to say goodbye to his best friend. “It seemed only fitting to let Major say goodbye. This is Major’s last kiss.” Janna shared the heartwarming photo on Facebook which touched many hearts. As of this writing, the post has been shared 176,000 times. It’s just proof that this story is tragic yet inspiring.

The medical team was not in favor of giving Mojo away through a regular adoption process. Therefore, they reached out to someone special to ask if he would be willing to take Mojo into his home. 

It was evident that this person had already shown a willingness to open his heart to Mojo. Wagner received a heartwarming welcome when he visited the clinic to see his new puppy, Mojo. Mojo recognized Wagner and seemed overjoyed to see him again. 

Mojo is currently 3 years old, healthy, and happily living with Wagner and his family. According to reports, Mojo is well-cared-for and loved.

This one is a great example of cat videos people love. After all, more than 7 million people have watched and loved watching this video. What’s in it? A tiny lynx bonding with cats. And they’re all “siblings”! At first, the lynx wanted to solidify their bond by sniffing its black sibling but they are having none of it. 

 The black-gray Maine Coon jumped over the lynx to get away from it. The lynx was a fighter though and it wasn’t going to give up easily. The lynx is pretty smart, too. It knew a slow but steady approach was needed to bond with the other cats. 

When its black-gray sibling wasn’t looking, the lynx sneakily crept up and sniffed its siblings behind. The black-gray sibling was startled and walked away. The lynx took its time. It stayed back. It walked towards the cat but this time, the other cat thought maybe this lynx isn’t so bad. When the lynx approached the black cat, they actually smelled each other. Awww. The lynx was on a mission. It needed someone to love and hug. Good thing it had another cat sibling, a white Maine Coon this time. 

But the white cat just wanted to cuddle up to their human. Their human doesn’t seem worried the three cats won’t get along. If they weren’t going to get along, there would be a cat war inside the home. 

There isn’t and they aren’t turning away the other cats. They’re just getting used to each other. The hold-out cat gave in. Eventually, the black-gray cat hugged the lynx and groomed it. In the cat world, this is a sign of dominance with the older cat grooming the younger cat. 

It shows who’s in charge without getting violent. And now, it’s the white cat sibling’s turn. Finally, the lynx gets to play. Sometimes the white cat grooms the lynx and the lynx stays there and allows it. 

That’s how you know the lynx likes the grooming when it doesn’t make an effort to run away. Their human has successfully captured the bonding moments the two older cats have with the lynx and it’s adorable. That’s exactly why humans love to watch cat videos. “Cat videos are comparably much more popular and cats don’t seem to acknowledge the camera at all and just do whatever they like, they are oblivious to it. 

I think that’s really appealing to audiences who are so used to being under the gaze of the camera these days,” Massey University Media Studies Lecturer Dr. Radha O’Meara explained. 

She said that cat videos give us space to imagine a world where we are not constantly watched and yet it also allows us to watch someone else’s life without disrupting it. He was born without front legs and had trouble getting to his mom to nurse. His mother accepted him, but Nubby’s siblings pushed him away so that he couldn’t eat. On top of that, no matter how sad it was, the vet thought it would be best if Nobby were put down. 

At that point the little puppy was only four hours old. But Lou Robinson, from Texas, who along with husband Mark has adopted and cared for homeless and unwanted dogs throughout her life, wanted something different. They quickly decided to defy the vet’s suggestion and take care of Nobby themselves. Nobby followed Lou home. 

There, she and her husband watched over the dog around the clock. They gave him love, security and food through a bottle. At first, it looked like Nobby was doing well. “His eyes opened, his ears developed. You could hear him bark, he could smell and recognize voices,” Loui Robinson told The Dodo. Then things started to change. When Nobby was almost one month old, he suddenly started sneezing. He could no longer poop, and small bubbles came out of his nose. After an X-ray, it turned out that something was wrong with Nubby’s esophagus. Nobby was given antibiotics and placed in an incubator. 

The situation looked grave – but Nobby turned out to have a will and fighting spirit that was out of the ordinary. He did not give up. He fought. And as long as he had the chance to have a good life, his foster parents fought to give him that opportunity. 

Fortunately, Nobby got better over time. Today, three years later, this wonderful little boy has shown that he is a real survivor. Sure, life poses some challenges for Nobby, but he has shown a whole world that anything is possible. 

What’s more, the Robinsons have created his own Facebook page so people can follow his adventures. Judging by the updates and photos posted recently, Nobby is feeling better than ever. He has grown up into a strong dog. 

He likes to play and he seems curious about life and all that it offers. He even has his own little wheelchair, which makes it easier for him to get around and play.

A group of wild elephants demolished a banana plantation in Tamil Nadu, India leaving only a tree with a bird’s nest and hatchlings inside. 

The elephants’ gesture is already winning hearts online after the video went viral. According to Thanthi TV, the event occurred at Sathyamangala, a town in Erode district, when five wild elephants approached the town after leaving the Vilamundi Forest. 

According to accounts, the elephants entered the yard of a guy named Krishnasamy and destroyed over 300 banana plants. When the guy and other villagers went to inspect the ᴅᴀᴍᴀɢᴇd plot, they discovered something unique and beautiful: a tree with a few hatchlings in the sparrow’s nest that was still standing strong. 

Many viewers were stunned, with many noting how the elephants, despite their anger, emanate tenderness. They were also known as gentle giants by many people.

  Gabby and her younger sister Lily were adopted by a couple in the U.S. when they were just 4 years old and 1 year old respectively. 

Their homecoming is one of Gabby’s most cherished memories, which she recently shared with her mom. The adorable way she remembers the story is melting the hearts of thousands! In a precious video recorded by her mom, Gabby explains how meeting her parents changed her life forever. “Well when we was born, we became two little babies, and then Lily was still a baby, and I was 4 years old,” she says, making sure she doesn’t forget a single detail. 

“I got so big, and Lily was still a baby.” She goes on to explain that the two little ones were incredibly excited to meet their new parents. “We love you guys, and we want to be here for you and daddy,” Gabby continues. Touched, her mom assures her the feeling is mutual. But Gabby isn’t even close to done! She leans in and whispers her next point like she’s sharing a huge secret. 

“Do you know what happened to my heart?” she asks. “When I saw you… my heart fell in love with you!” Of course, her mom is quick to reply, “My heart fell in love with you too!” Moments like these are what make parenthood so incredibly rewarding. 

Gabby’s mom and dad are lucky to have such a loving daughter! It’s just icing on the cake that she remembers her adoption day so well.

This is a wonderful and inspiring friendship story. This deer was discovered alone, completely weak, and on the verge of death without his mother. So they decided to ask the poor creature who shared their home. A new life at a human home is a strange experience for the baby deer; he is not used to such a life, but thankfully, there is one person who can help him integrate faster: the chubby tabby cat! The cat took over almost all of the deer’s care, treating it as if it were its own child. 

They now stick together whenever and wherever the cats go, and the deer is especially pleased and takes care of both his feline companion wherever he goes. The baby deer is now completely integrated into this family and happier than ever! 

People frequently see this couple cuddling and licking each other’s faces and hands like a genuine sister and brother; it is clear that they feel especially calm and safe when they are together. whole. They have a great time playing together! 

This house cat and abandoned deer have become incredible companions, and they still have a long way to go! It’s incredible how animals adapt and bond with friends of other species. They could teach us a lot!

Unfortunately, not all children have such security. Some grow up in shelters and adoption homes, no knowing the joys of a real family to call their own. Fortunately, three brothers will know exactly that this Christmas, having been adopted by KC and Lena Currie of Sudbury, Massachusetts. On November 23 of this year – coincidentally National Adoption Day – Joey, 3, Logan, 2, and Noah, 1, who are biological brothers, got to settle into their new forever home together. 

KC and Lena’s journey in adoptive parenthood began one year ago, when they legally adopted Joey (who was two at the time). As per Good Morning America, KC and Lena first spotted Joey at an event sponsored by Children’s Friend. 

 Adoption process 

“We saw a picture of Joey and Children’s Friend mentioned [it] would be a good match,” Lena explained. “He was 18 months old at the time.” They ended up adopting little Joey in March. But that was just the beginning. 

The Curries soon received a call from Children’s Friend telling that Joey had a 6-week-old brother, Noah, who needed a home too. KC and Lena took no time at all to say yes, only to then learn that there was a third brother, Logan, whose adoption into another family had fallen through. 

The Curries took that as a sign that someone was trying to tell them something.

  Just one month after letting Noah into their home, Logan, too, joined his brothers. “It was our gut feeling,” KC told GMA. “We were going to end up saying yes because keeping the brothers together was really important to us. When they’re older and have questions, they’ll have each other to lean on and experience that ride together.” 

Of course, becoming parents to three kids under the age of 4 has been no walk in the park, but KC and Lena have done a remarkable thing in accepting responsibility for these brothers. Not only will Joey, Logan, and Noah now grow up together, but they’ll benefit from the immeasurable gift of being in a loving family. 

“It’s the first year and first holiday where it’s all permanent and true,” Lena said. “Now we can start dreaming about grade school, sports, and all those fun things,” added KC. 

Wow, what an inspiring story! And certainly one that’s bringing tears to my eyes.

  Naturally, we get sad when our pets pass away. We cry all day and night, thinking about the times we shared with that pet. Moving on takes a lot of time. But that doesn’t mean that pets wouldn’t cry for us too. Our pets are capable of feeling emotions like happiness and sadness. 

Thus, when they find out that we’re gone, they would feel sad. Dogs would even whimper out loud even though his owner was just gone for only a few seconds. 

If we pass away, then they would also mourn the same way as us if it’s the other way around. This shelter dog did the same as soon as his owner passed away. This senior chihuahua named Scooter once belonged to a loving owner. However, when his owner passed away, everything changed for him. 

He has spent more than a decade with his previous owner, but he was hit by a massive shock when he knew that his owner is permanently gone. Scooter had a routine that they did before sleep. Spending such a long time together with his owner, you know that they have special activities and routines that only both of them know. 

For Scooter, it is for his owner to tuck him to sleep with his cherished star blanket. He always had a good night’s sleep with it, knowing that his owner was always there to keep him safe all the time. 

Sadly, he’s left all alone at the shelter this time. However, Scooter still remembered this special thing that they used to do. Even in the shelter, Scooter has kept with him his special star blanket. Only this time, he uses it to comfort himself by tucking himself inside his blanket. 

The most heartbreaking thing is, he cries while he’s inside it. He clearly misses his owner, but the only thing he could do now is to cherish the usual memory he had with his owner. The shelter was once doubtful about him being adopted. Since Scooter’s already 12 years old, the Humane Society of Branch County, a no-kill shelter in Michigan, was doubtful that people would take interest in him. 

However, when they saw this special moment of him crying himself to sleep, they thought that this will encourage people in giving him a chance to live the rest of his life in a proper home. 

Jan Nageldinger, manager of the shelter, shared the photograph online, and as expected, thousands of people teared up because of his story. One of them was an adopter of two chihuahuas. One of them was an adopter of two chihuahuas. Jessica Lynn Howard was one of the people who offered her hand to give the pooch his well-deserved home. “I saw Jan’s Facebook post, along with the rest of the world,” Jessica told The Dodo. 

“My husband Tim and I were lying in bed and it … brought me to tears. Without hesitation, I showed Tim and I said, ‘I have to go get him.'” The next morning, they were already driving to get him. After driving for a couple of hours, they finally got to meet the senior dog that tugged their hearts. They took him home and introduced him to the rest of the Chihuahua family. Scooter immediately felt welcome, and after a few days, he was already playing with his brothers and sisters, Jax, Hank, BabyFace, Spur, and Waylon. 

He’s now living the best life with Jessica, Tim, and the rest of the family. “It shows what one little senior dog can do. He moved an entire world with just a single post! That is beyond amazing,” Jessica said. 

We are so thankful that he found another loving family to take care and love him in his final years.
