But despite everything, people have found hope in inspiring stories of resistance from the people of Ukraine. Like one sweet video, which shows Ukrainian soldiers adopting a sweet stray dog as their guardian. 

The viral video shows an unexpectedly sweet scene in the middle of all the chaos and fighting: one group of soldiers stationed to defend Ukraine introduce their newest recruit, a puppy named “Rambo.” The soldiers took Rambo in after finding him on the street. “We felt sorry for him. It was freezing outside,” the soldiers explain in the video. 

“We took him into our post, and he stayed with us.” While the tiny dog doesn’t look like he’s much of a soldier, the troop says their new companion has been helping them out, acting as their “protector.” “He is our watchdog,” a soldier explains. “He can hear very well if there is a stranger nearby.” “Rambo is doing a good job! Best doggo.” It’s a sad reminder that in the middle of this conflict are just regular people tasked with defending their country, the kind of people who will still take the time to look after a sweet dog. A dog’s love can be a powerful thing, and hopefully Rambo gives these soldiers a morale boost to help them through this dark hour. “It that kind of emotionally charged situation, any relief is welcome I’m sure,” one comment on Reddit reads, after the video went viral. 

“A puppy is an amazing thing. I sincerely hope nobody gets hurt.” “I hope with all my heart that both he and the soldiers he guards never have to work,” another wrote.

Thanks to her kindness, a helpless kitten got a second chance! Hazel – an adorable dog – who lives with her mom Monica Burks in Abilene, Texas, has always been a gentle soul. She was only a few weeks old, when her human mom adopted her, and ever since, she was sure the cute little pup will fill her heart with joy for the days to come. 

Nonetheless, Monica would have never thought her dog will – one day – turn into a life-saving hero. But that moment came during a rainy day! Despite being a princess, Hazel always asks herself out for her needs, regardless the weather. And so happened this time, too. 

But since was raining, Monica expected for Hazel to shortly came back inside, but it wasn’t like that. So the woman started to worry, fearing her tiny furry friend might have lost. 

But instead, the big-hearted dog was actually saving a life. During a her short walk, Hazel spotted a helpless stray kitten crying in the rain, so she immediately rushed to comfort her. 

Soon as she gained the little cat’s trust, Hazel guided her to the safety of her home. Monica, who eventually caught on camera the sweet moment, couldn’t believe her eyes what she was seeing. “There must be something called pure love,” the woman said. “I saw Hazel’s maternal instincts come to light!”

  For her adorable gesture, Hazel got plenty of treats, and since such an incredible story could have only end one way, later that day, the tiny rescued kitten was adopted by Monica’s brother, Michael. 

The kitten, named Sheba, has now a nice warm place she calls home a loving family to care for her, all thanks to Hazel!

The four-legged boy was barking relentlessly as if he was desperate to tell something to Junrell. Sensing that something was not quite right, Junrell stopped his motorbike and followed the dog to see where he led him. 

The dog took him right to a dumpsite, where a tiny bundle was lying. It turned out, this was a newborn baby boy wrapped in a brown towel and left completely abandoned. But thanks to the canine hero, the baby was found in good health and was rushed to the nearest police station. 

The touching story has quickly spread over social media in the Philippines and many felt touched by the dog’s exceptional bravery. Not all heroes wear capes, and not all of them are humans. The baby ended up under the care of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office. 

Authorities urged the abandoning mother to come forward and anyone with information to reach out. The dog Blacky has become a hero after he wouldn’t stop barking at a passing motorist, who stopped and followed him right to the dumpsite It was there that a newborn baby wrapped in a towel was found completely abandoned. 

The heroic dog was initially thought to be a stray, but it turned out he had a home. Gea explained that the stray animal problem in the Philippines is so huge that it needs help from people.

“If people would choose to adopt rather than to shop, if pet owners were more responsible and did more spaying and neutering of strays and their pets, then it would make the problem go away.” “No stray would get hurt, cold, and hungry if we all chose kindness every day,” 

Gea told us and said that all animals’ lives are very precious. Just like Blacky, dogs and cats can actually save people and bring happiness to our lives.
