While most of those interaction show the dramatic face of the wildlife, some of them are nothing but hilarious. 

And this lovely encounter between a baby rhino and a cameraman would definitely bring a smile on your face! When preparing to film some shots about rhino poaching in South Africa, cameraman Garth De Bruno Austin, knew he would came face to face with those majestic creatures. 

However, he would never guessed it would be such a lovely encounter. But just when he was shooting the scenes, a baby rhino approached him. Maybe driven more by curiosity, the cute little rhino came inches away of Austin. But the man stand on his ground as he soon realized the wild rhino isn’t going to hurt him, but the opposite. 

All the wild animal wanted was a belly rub and the cameraman happily delivered it. Thankfully the adorable moment was caught on camera! “If a rhino walks straight up to you while you’re filming and wants some rubs… you better rub that rhino like your life depends on it!,” Austin wrote in the video description.

Even the scenes are nothing but adorable, the cameraman warns to never interact with a wild animal as it could end really badly. 

“I did not approach this animal, it was completely her decision to let me come into her personal space and touch her,” Austin said.

Robert Cornett and Jeanna Bradle noticed the 33-foot-long craft sticking out of the mud on the Red River north of Shreveport in Louisiana two weeks ago. 

The canoe, which weighs some 1,000 pounds and is three-foot-wide, is thought to be the largest ever found intact in the USA. It was constructed 800 to 1,000 years ago by digging out a cypress trump, most likely by the Caddo Indians, who settled in the area. 

The find is in excellent condition, although one side of it is missing, The canoe has been taken to Texas A&M University where a conservation process will begin that could take two years.

A wood sample has been taken away for radiocarbon dating and the craft will go on display when scientists are certain it has been protected from decomposition. 

The landowner donated the craft to the state, and it will be displayed locally to Red River when it is ready. Dugout canoes were first used during the European Stone Age around 8,000 years ago. They were made by felling a tree trunk and digging out enough wood so it was sufficiently buoyant but not enough to leave it weak. 

Complete trunks tend to preserve better than separate pieces of wood, so the canoes were very useful for long-term use for hunting and fishing. The Solomon islanders of the South Pacific still use the technology to travel between the islands. Some of the canoes are very small, around six feet, and are designed for children.

Now wouldn’t that have been awesome? Luckily for us, the great eared nightjars appear to be creatures that came right out of a fantasy movie and they are very much real. The great eared nightjar is a bird found in the tropical forests of Southeast Asia. 

These birds are nocturnal and roam through the forest using the darkness as a cover. One thing that makes them unique is the fact that they prepare their nests on the forest floor, allowing their babies to be well-camouflaged due to all the dried leaves. When focusing on their appearance, these birds are dissimilar to other birds.

Although there are other species of nightjar in the world, they are not as unique as the great eared ones that are similar to a little dragon in appearance. It is safe to say that they are one of a kind. Their brown hue enables them to blend with nature in perfect harmony and their beady eyes add to their adorableness. 

If someone ever claims to have seen a dragon flying in the sky, we should not dismiss their claim. There is always the possibility that it could have been a great eared nightjar roaming around spreading its magic in the human world. 

Many breeds of dog from beagles to bloodhounds have been used to protect the endangered species from poachers. The dogs begin training from birth and learn how to handle all the pressures of real operations before beginning to work at 18 months old. 

Sean Viljoen, 29, based in Cape Town, South Africa, has shared photographs of the dogs in action at the Southern African Wildlife College in Greater Kruger National Park. He is the owner of a production company called Conservation Film Company and aims to use tell the stories of those on the frontline of conservation, sharing their stories of hope. 

Johan van Straaten, who is a K9 Master at the college, said: 'The data we collect for this applied learning project aimed at informing best practice, shows we have prevented approximately 45 rhino being killed since the free tracking dogs became operational in February 2018. 

As such, the project is helping ensure the survival of southern Africa's rich biodiversity and its wildlife including its rhino which have been severely impacted by wildlife crime. South Africa holds nearly 80 per cent of the world's rhino. 

'Over the past decade over 8,000 rhino have been lost to poaching making it the country hardest hit by this poaching onslaught.' The dogs which include a Texan Black-and-Tan Coonhounds, Belgian Malinois, Foxhounds and Blue Ticks are trained to 'benefit required counter poaching initiatives' which includes free tracking, incursion, detection, patrol and apprehension dogs. 

Dog handlers Precious Malapane and Robynne Wasas are both part of the 'K9 unit fast response' team and help to train the anti-poaching dogs. Johan van Straaten added: 'They begin training from birth and are socialised from a very young age. 

On February 3, Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries reported that a total of 594 rhinos were poached in the country throughout 2019, Save The Rhino reported. 

Poaching numbers peaked at 1,215 in 2014 but this is the fifth year in a row poaching rates have declined.
