On this week’s cutest stories, we might’ve found one that will make your heart burst: a seal that lives at Mombetsu Land, an attraction located in Japan was gifted a mini-me version of itself – that version being, of course, a stuffed animal toy.
However, the cutie was completely happy and obsessed and hasn’t let go of his new toy ever since. The pictures surfaced online and the world can’t resist the adorableness. Why should we? Look at them.
Living outside on a chain 24/7 is not the life for any animal, especially an innocent dog. Poor Buster the dog was tied to a chain outside that was so tight, the collar cut into his neck.
Each day, Buster wondered if he would get food, and no matter what, he was unable to run free like other dogs.
Luckily, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment for Animals) discovered Buster and talked to his owners.
They agreed to give him up so PETA could find him a better home.
He received medical help for several issues, a much-needed bath, and lots of love.
Despite his past, he was a kind and loving dog.
PETA found a new home for Buster, and the day he went to his mom is a day that melted hearts.
Thankfully, the exact moment his new mom saw him was captured on video.
Along with a warm place to live, food, and plenty of exercises, Buster has found the happy home he so very much deserves.
While not every new parent opts for a professional photo shoot for their newborn, nice photos of a little one’s early life are highly treasured.
Not only do they symbolize the innocence and beauty of bringing new life into the world, but they also represent growth and development of the child since several photos are taken throughout the years and compared later on, writes moneysavingbasics. One of the greatest things about newborn photo shoots is that no two are ever identical.
Interestingly, when Tiffany Gill Rogers’s one-month-old baby, Connor, was getting his professional shots taken by talented photographer Megan Rion, a wild deer photobombed the scene at the perfect moment!
But, before the wild animal arrived at the outdoor scene of sweet, little Connor, Megan had absolutely no idea that the fall photoshoot would contain any furry guests.
In fact, it was never even an expectation. Instead, she had strategically arranged pumpkins and colorful leaves around Connor, who was lying on a festive hay bale. The scene was picture-perfect, literally!
Megan worked her magic to produce phenomenal, autumn-inspired photographs of the one-month-old.
From the props used and with Connor on the hay bale, the photographer definitely knew what she was doing to produce breathtaking photos.
Then, that’s when a shy, hesitant deer interrupted the photoshoot, particularly appearing interested in Baby Connor resting on the hay bale.
Before you know it, Megan got the perfect shot with the sweet deer behind the sleeping child, perfectly centered and slightly leaning downward as if the animal is intentionally posing for the camera. My eyes couldn’t believe it!
Anyone would think that the photo of Connor and the deer was photoshopped, but there’s also an unprofessional photo of the scene to prove that the deer really was present at the time of the photoshoot.
Your jaw will drop when you see the gorgeous capture of the newborn and the innocent deer. It’s definitely unlike most infant’s photoshoots.
Click on the video below to see exactly how it all went down, you’ll be surprised!
Do you think that the deer showing up was just a coincidence or was essentially destined to be a part of Connor’s beautiful photos? I’m thinking the latter is true!
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium released a super sweet video of the five-week-old polar bear cub sleeping with a teddy bear and making cute sleepy noises.
“At 5 weeks old, the polar bear cub is doing very well; she weighs a little over 4 pounds and measures 16 inches long!” the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium wrote on Facebook.
“Both eyes have started to open as of yesterday, but they are not fully open yet.”
The cub was born at the zoo on November 6, 2015 by her mother Aurora along with a sibling. Sadly the sibling died. This cub remained with her mom until zoo animal care staff noticed Aurora was not looking after the newborn adequately, so they made the difficult decision to begin hand rearing the cub.
“The care staff says the sound that she makes in the video is of contentment. Her motor skills are improving each day and she has started trying to stand up on all fours, especially when she’s ready for her next meal! She is on six feedings a day, every four hours.”
