Everything was just perfect in the world with Sasha and Max together. However, after Sasha passed, Max was left feeling quite lonely and sad. Many owners would think about getting another dog, but Patrick and Kirsten decided to adopt Quackers, a duck. 

They probably didn’t expect Max to take such a liking to the new addition to the family, but these two clicked and became inseparable. 

“Max would sit next to his pen all the time, and they just kind of bonded that way”, Patrick shared. “After we let him out, they never left each other’s side”. Kirsten added: “They sleep together, they eat together, they drink together, they go for walks together, everything is together.” 

 Their friendship hasn’t only impressed their humans, but it has also gotten the town’s attention. These two are basically celebrities around their small hometown and people are just as happy as they can be to get to witness these cuties’ friendship! Source

 Lamothe says he's heard about the protected animal before but has never seen one in person, even though he's been hunting in the region since the late 1970s. In an interview with Radio Canada he said he's pretty sure this will be the only time in his life he'll have this opportunity. 

Nicole Leblanc was the one to shoot the video while Maurice slowed down. They came upon the two animals as they came up over a hill. As of Monday afternoon, the video has reached more than 200,000 people on Facebook. Lamothe says he's just pleased they are able to share such a rare and beautiful sight with others. 

 Vince Crichton is a retired wildlife biologist now living in Manitoba. Moose biology and management are his area of expertise. He says he's seen more than 30,000 moose in his lifetime while doing surveys and has yet to spot a white one. He says there are two types of moose in that area of northern Ontario.

 There are some that are albino and some that are just the white colour. Crichton says it appears the moose in this video are the white moose since there are some brown patches visible on the cow. He says he and his wife have a camp in the region and have often made the trip from Chapleau to Timmins in hopes of catching a glimpse of one. 

  "They used to have a white moose reporting station on the highway just outside of Foleyet at the gas station," says Crichton. He says he would often stop to take a look and read what people had written.

"That gene has been in that population there for years and years and years and every now and then it comes forth and shows itself." Jane Armstrong of Foleyet launched a campaign to protect the white moose in the area over ten years ago. Legislation was passed in March 2006. 

Armstrong has spotted the white moose a few times in her life. The first time was while she was hunting back in 1990. She says there have been reports of a big white bull in the area that she says is quite a magnificent sight.

 Bushy-tailed Puggle was found left behind by his family at just two weeks old in a north London back garden. He was handed over to the National Fox Welfare Society. 

 Since then, the orphaned youngster has been nursed back to health - where he has made acquaintances with a very cuddly pal, an old bunny toy. The pair are now never apart and spend hours on end snuggling up together and playing outdoors. 

 The fox society nurses cubs back to health if they are injured or abandoned, and Puggle was the first of the breeding season to come to them. By the summer, he will strong enough to venture back into the wild on his own. The society will 'soft release' him with a group of other orphaned foxes. A spokesperson said: 'Through soft release the cubs will, as is the case for natural wild fox cubs eventually disperse in search of a territory and a mate of their own. 

'So everything is done to try to make the release program as natural as possible and to mirror what would be happening in the wild in the same period.' Click below to watch the video:

 When Michele Burt, her husband Steven, and their three dogs went on a board of a JetBlue plane from Florida to Massachusetts, it supposed to be a routine flight since they have traveled for many times. Respecting the protocols, the Burts had the dogs in carriers under their seats. 

But shortly after the take off, Michele noticed that one of her dogs, Darcy – a lovely French Bulldog – was having some breathing problems. Worried, Michele open Darcy carrier’s door to check on her. The woman was aware she was acting against the flight company’s protocol, but her dog’s life was at danger. 

  “I noticed that her tongue was blue, and I am aware that is a sign of insufficient oxygen”, the woman later explained. “I pulled her out from under the seat and placed her on my lap to cool down and help her relax as she was panicking and breathing frantically.” 

 Flight attendant Renaud Spencer, had no idea what’s going on, so she initially asked Michele to put back her dog, as the flight protocol is extremely strict in these situations. 

However, she soon realized it might be something serious, so she rushed to help, but not before alerting her colleague Diane Asher. The two women, initially used some ice bags to cool Darcy down, but unsuccessfully, though. Then, Renaud – who also owns a French Bulldog, had another idea. One that goes against the protocol, though. 

However, she was ready to take the risk, to save the poor dog’s life. “She [Renaud] brought a small oxygen tank with a mask attached and offered it saying, ‘Maybe this will help,’” Michelle said. “

“I believe Renaud and Diane saved a life, some may reduce the value of life because Darcy is a canine — I do not.” The two flight attendants action saved Darcy’s life, even though that meant they had to act against the rules. So, after they landed, and Darcy fully recovered, Michele decided to wrote a letter to thank these two very kind woman. 

“I wanted to say thank you JetBlue and thank you to Renaud and Diane for doing their job and also being great humans!”

  When finding about the situation, the company couldn’t be prouder. They even praised the two women for their actions! 

“Our mission is to inspire humanity, and we’re very proud of those outstanding crew members who consistently demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service,” JetBlue wrote in a statement.
